This is for those who would like to prepare for the upcoming wrestling season. Sessions will be held at Pittsford Sutherland High School’s Multi-Purpose Roomfrom 7-8:30 pm on TUESDAY and THURSDAY.

12 Sessions:
Sept: 10, 12, 17, 21, 24, 26 *NOTE: There is no practice on the 19th
Oct: 1, 3, 8, 10, 15, 17, 22, 24
